Southern Cross GTS/BKN's flagship analogue services can be found on GTS4 Port Pirie, SA and BKN7 Broken Hill, NSW. Digital services can be found on UHF 38 in the Spencer Gulf region and VHF 9 in Broken Hill.

Southern Cross GTS/BKN also have a supplementary station, Southern Cross Ten, which is carried in the GTS/BKN coverage area; until the late-2005 completion of SC10 relay installations, these two stations occasionally swapped channels for sports coverage as SC10 was not available in all of the region. Prior to the launch of Southern Cross Ten, GTS/BKN screened programmes from all three of the major networks on the one channel, nowadays, the flagship channel screens predominantly Seven programmes, supplemented by Nine programmes.

History

GTS4 began service to the Spencer Gulf region on March 1, 1968 with BKN7 signing on in Broken Hill on August 16 of that year. The two stations joined forces in 1974 to form GTS/BKN. The Central GTS/BKN banner was adopted in the 1990s. In early 2006, the station was re-badged Southern Cross GTS/BKN, with the station adopting a similar logo to its sister station in Tasmania.
