Welcome to the Television History Reference section - the section that
covers the history of Australian television!
This section is subdivided into the following logical
sub-sections:
- Television Stations and Production Companies - get to know a little bit about the companies
that produce television for our enjoyment.
- Television Programmes - what do the many media outlets produce?
- Events - discussing the events that have affected society through television and also
the events that have affected the medium of television itself.
- Personalities - not just the "stars", but also the people behind the scenes, the movers and
the shakers...
In the same spirit as the Archivist's Reference Manual we
encourage all registered members to contribute to this section (and those not registered to
sign up!) - eventually, we will
comprehensively cover Australia's television history. |
